My wife and I were rear end in my car three weeks ago. We stopped at a traffic light, which was clearly the fault of other drivers. My truck was damaged some, I was good, but my wife had to the emergency room for shoulders and back to go. He has a sprained neck, but better. He missed two and a half day of work because of it. Tell his friends at work still, ask for pain and suffering money, I do not know. This is my first wreck. Can anyone give me some advice on this point, because it says something different every time. We live in Ohio.
